MTG Application

Hello Wizards Team,

my name is Alexandros Skoufis, and I’d like to share my application for a Junior Card Mechanic Designer position, even though I’m not sure if you’re currently looking for one.
I’m a Unity game programmer from Germany who discovered Magic: The Gathering through Bloomburrow, and since then I’ve been fascinated by how your mechanics, worldbuilding, and balance come together.

I’m sorry for sending my application this way, but I couldn’t find a more direct option.
Still, I thought it might be worth trying. Maybe you’ll enjoy taking a look, and who knows, perhaps one day you’ll need someone with my kind of creativity and passion.

I’ve included my cover letter, résumé, a custom card showcase, and a feedback & design thoughts document (also to the latest podcast) that reflect my love for Magic and my approach to game design.
